This release introduces the ability to change report types on previously submitted reports, interface improvements to the supervisor portal, and more!
New Version for the Mobile App
Mobile application users will be prompted to update the next time they open the app, as long as they are connected to the internet. Users must be on one of the latest two (2) versions to continue using Sospes on their mobile devices.

Change Report Types on Previously Submitted Reports
Users with the Incident Editor role now have the ability to edit a report to change report types or add/remove incident classifications on previously submitted reports.
- Incident reports can now be edited to add additional incident report classifications (injury, motor vehicle accident, property damage, environmental releases, and security/social issue)
- Reports submitted as incidents can now be changed to close calls.
- Reports submitted as close calls can now be changed to incidents.
For example, if a report was originally submitted as a close call, but upon investigation a vehicle was damaged the report can be edited to classify it as a motor vehicle incident.

Interface Updates to the Supervisor Portal
Introducing the new Supervisor Portal! We have made significant changes to the Supervisor Portal to improve visibility, faster loading times, and expand on filtering options.
When filtering by a date range the supervisor portal will now automatically show reports in the selected date range without having to click search.
The updated Supervisor Portal allows for additional filter types including:
- Business Unit
- Observation Tags

- Improvements to form exports.
- Numerous quality of life updates and bug fixes.
