New Version for the Mobile App
Mobile application users will be prompted to update Sospes the next time they open the app, as long as they are connected to the internet. Users must be on the newest version to continue using Sospes on their mobile devices.

Customize "Working Conditions" and "Contributing Factors" Answer Choices in your Sospes Environment
Sospes has consolidated three categories of questions in Incident Reports and Close Call reports (Were any of these involved in the incident? Were you working in any of these situations? What contributed to this incident?) into two categories. Sospes users with the Admin role can edit and customize the answer choices under the sections Working Conditions and Contributing Factors found when reporting either an incident or a close call in Sospes. This feature gives you the ability to create custom answer choices for your users to select from that are more specific to your own company requirements.

Quickly view and edit users by specific roles
Sospes users with the Admin role can use the new Roles Editor tool and save time by viewing and bulk editing user roles. Admin users see a new tab under the Admin menu: Roles. Here you will see an overview of all user roles/user counts in your Sospes system. Admin users can then open each role to see a list of users assigned that role, and add/remove users to that specific role.
