2024.1 Release Notes - New My Charts features - sharing ability, new observation type (Security/Social Concern), and OSHA 300a export for direct submission

This release introduces enhancements to the My Charts tool, allowing users to share charts, an option to report an observation as a security/social concern, and a newly formatted OSHA 300a csv. export.

New Version for the Mobile App

All mobile application users will be prompted to update the next time they open the app, as long as they are connected to the internet. Users must be on one of the latest two (2) versions to continue using Sospes on their mobile devices.

New My Chart Features

Share My Charts with others

Users can now share their custom-created charts with others! Once a user has created a chart, they can share charts with individual users, user groups, or both! When shared, users will be notified via email and given instructions on adding the shared chart to their My Safety page. 


New Data Points

New data selections have been added to the My Charts tool, allowing users to dive deeper and create more detailed charts. Users can now create a My Chart that will show them observation tag details, as well as form question details. 

Observation Tags

Users can now create charts that will display observation tag data. For example, a user can create and configure a chart to display which observation tags are being used across all facilities, or at one specific facility.  


Form-Specific Questions

Users can now create charts based on a specific form and the questions associated with it. For example, a user can select a specific form and create a chart to see trends on how questions are being answered. Here are the following types of questions to filter by:

  • Yes/No
  • Yes/No/Conditional Follow-up
  • Pass/Fail/NA
  • Multiple Choice
  • Score 1-5

New Observation Type - Security/Social Concern

New observation type, Security/Social Concern. This new observation type allows Sospes users the ability to submit an observation that will only notify their HR team and users with the HR role.


To enable this observation type, an admin user will need to configure this setting in the Company Settings in the Admin Menu.

Preformatted Export for OSHA Injury Tracking Application (ITA)

Users with the Admin role can now export the OSHA 300a report in csv. format for digital upload into the OSHA Injury Tracking Application (ITA)
