Every observation, close call, and incident you submit in Sospes is saved and trackable. This guide shows you how to find the status and details of anything you've previously submitted.
Step 1: Open “My Reports”
From the main menu, tap or click My Reports
Step 2: Select “My Submitted Reports”
Click the My Submitted Reports tab. You'll see a full list of everything you've submitted (observations, close calls, and incidents) along with the report date, type, classification, facility, and location for each one.
