This release introduces new functionality allowing the creation and assigning of one-time or recurring trackable events in Sospes.
New Version for the Mobile App
Mobile application users will be prompted to update Sospes the next time they open the app, as long as they are connected to the internet. Users must be on the newest version to continue using Sospes on their mobile devices.

Introducing Events - Schedule and assign recurring trackable events from the Sospes calendar!
Track your user's progress seamlessly with Sospes' new events module! Whether it is a one-time or a recurring event, assign forms to specific users, user groups, or an entire facility and track your team's progress from the Sospes calendar. Assets may also be assigned to events, so you can track weekly, monthly, and yearly inspections on equipment and take action on any missed inspections, all in one place! Events can be created and shared by users with Sospes' new role, the Event Creator.
In addition to the new functionality, notifications and alerts are being enhanced. Users assigned (or shared) to events will now receive notifications throughout the event's lifecycle. They will receive an email notification when the event is created/assigned, at the start of the event, and on the final day for completion.
Events assigned to users and user groups will create task reminders due on the last day of the event recurrence to the users the event is assigned to, allowing visibility and reminders to submit the form before it is due. As with all tasks, if an event task is not completed, an alert will be sent to both the event creator and assignee, notifying them the task was missed.
