2024.5 Release Notes - Task Manager role updates, user open forms restriction, and changes to the crew signature forms widget

This release introduces updates to the task manager role, changes to the crew signature form widget, and several quality of life/performance enhancements.

New Version for the Mobile App

Mobile application users will be prompted to update Sospes the next time they open the app, as long as they are connected to the internet. Users must be on the newest version to continue using Sospes on their mobile devices.

Task Managers can now update a task due date

Task Managers now have the ability to modify task due dates. To do this, they can navigate to the Task menu, select the specific task they wish to update, and click on the red pencil icon located next to the due date. This will allow them to easily change the due date as needed.

Users now limited to 10 open forms

Sospes users are now restricted to a maximum of 10 Open Forms at any given time. To open additional forms, users must first submit or delete some of the forms they currently have open in the Open Forms tab.

The forms Crew Signature Widget no longer requires an "Out" signature

When filling out a form that requires a signature, Sospes users will no longer be required to provide an "Out" signature to submit the form. If a user would like to provide an "Out" signature and didn't before submitting the form, the form will need to be re-opened, the "Out" signature provided, and then re-submitted.

Additionally, the "Task Assigned" field is no longer required and will no longer pre-populate.
