It's time to learn! Or at least track your learning. With the latest Sospes update, we've added an entirely new module for Learning Management. If you provide training, testing or orientations for you employees then our new module will make tracking that much easier. Read more below!
New Learning Management Module
Assign, Deliver, Track and Manage Employee Training in Sospes!
Administer, document, track, report on, automate and deliver educational courses to your employees directly from Sospes! Continue to create a one-stop-shop location for all things safety and operations for your employees in Sospes. The Sospes LMS allows you to host and deliver training content, then track when employees complete specific training, remind you when training needs to be renewed and allows admins to create tests and quizzes specific to employee groups and courses. You can use your own course content or you can utilize the library of one of our partner companies. Ask your Sospes account rep about adding our Learning Management System (LMS) to your Sospes environment.
New Layout for the Credentials Screen
Supervisors, Credential Admin and Safety Professionals will notice the new tab navigation.
The new tabs allow users who have either the Supervisor, Safety Professional or Credential Admin roles to quickly and easily switch to their own My Credentials page, rather than having to search for themselves in the employee drop down. This also makes accessing the new Learning Management System easier.
Illinois' State First Report of Injury added to Regulatory Reports Tile.
Illinois has been added to the list of available First Report of Injury forms that can be auto-populated from the incident management screen.
The state issued First Report of Injury (FROI) form for Illinois has been added to the list of available FROI forms from the drop down under the regulatory report tile in the incident management screen. In order to access this form, you must indicate that an injury was covered by worker's compensation, then click on the "Regulatory Reports" tile while editing an injury report in the Supervisor Portal.
Other items added in the release:
- Supervisor Portal functionality improvements. Adds observation types to the report type filter dropdown.
- Employee Groups has been created as a way to organize learning management assignments. Contact Sospes Customer Success if you would like to know more.
