If your organization has a multi-language subscription, then you can adjust your language preference in your User Settings profile.
- After logging in to Sospes, click the downward facing arrow next to your name in the top right corner if on the web version, or click the settings gear if using the mobile app.
- Click User Settings.
- In the User Settings screen, select the Languages tab.
- Click the languages dropdown to display all available languages for your organization's users. Then click the desired language.
- With the desired language selected, click Save to finalize and save the setting. This will set the default language every time you log in, either on the mobile app or web version, the system will be displayed in the selected language.
Our system will automatically translate your submitted reports to the preferred language of the employee is viewing the report or any of the reports you may receive if you are a supervisor.
