Users now have the ability to track vehicle distance by miles/kilometers in Sospes.
Tracking Motor Vehicle Distance by Mileage/Kilometers
Use Sospes to keep track of the monthly distance traveled on each individual vehicle.
Users with the Asset Manager and Admin roles can activate distance tracking on individual asset categories. Only asset categories with the Motor Vehicle or Trailer type can track distance. 
Once Distance Tracking is enabled for the asset categories of your choice, you can select a motor vehicle or trailer asset to input the monthly distance traveled. Users have the ability to select the year, as well as choosing between miles and kilometers.
