Once Sospes has been downloaded onto your device, log into Sospes using your company provided username and password. If this is your first time logging in, you be prompted to change your password.

Inbounding Inventory

To begin inbounding inventory, go to “Forms” and select the “Inbound” form from the list of forms.

  • Select the facility that you are scanning inventory into from the drop-down list.
  • The location drop-down must display “Other” on the inbound form.
  • Select the associated project from the drop-down.
  • Select the associated asset template for the inventory that you are scanning in. (Note: If you are scanning in inventory with different types of products on it, you will need to select the additional product’s asset template before scanning in that product.)
  • Include the BoL/shipment number in the text box.

Begin scanning the barcodes on the shipment. As you scan the barcodes, the inventory will appear as one line-item per barcode scan.

  • While scanning inventory, if any pallets appear as damaged, mark the checkbox under “damaged” on that specific line of inventory. You will then be asked to include additional photos regarding the damaged inventory.
  • While scanning inventory, if any pallets appear non-conforming, mark the checkbox under “non-conforming” on that specific line of inventory. You will then be asked to include additional photos regarding the non-conforming inventory.

Once you are done scanning the inventory, submit the inbound form.

If you need to save the form and submit it at a later time, click save. This will save the form as a draft form which can later be found under the "Open Forms" section.

Outbounding Inventory

To begin out bounding inventory, go to “Forms” and select the “Outbound” form from the list of forms.
