Email Outage Report - ALL CLEAR

Some Sospes email and text services were temporarily disrupted from 10/22/21 at 7:30 PM MT until 10/26/21 at 8:30 AM MT.

Update as of Tuesday, October 26, 2021 - Current Status: ALL CLEAR

On Friday, October 22, 2021, at 7:30 PM MT the Sospes IT team began a migration of the internal email servers. Due to a delay by our previous email hosting provider to release our domain to us in a timely manner, we were unable to fully bring our new email system online in the time frame originally anticipated.

During this outage, any emails sent to a email would have returned a "Your message to couldn't be delivered." reply. Also as a result of the outage, Sospes outbound alerts & notifications may have been delayed (text & email).  All alerts and notifications were still queued however and will send by the end of the day today (10/26/2021). 

Sospes email availability was restored Tuesday, October 26, 2021, at 8:30 AM MT. If you were instructed to use an email address during the outage, you may continue to use that address or you may return to using Both will deliver to the same inboxes.
