2025.5 Release Notes - Users can now search for completed forms by ID, additional alerts added, availability window for eLearning credentials, 3rd party/contractor question added to incident reports, and more!

This release introduces the ability to search for completed forms by form ID, the addition of the 3rd party/contractor question to incident reports, additional alerts have been added to the admin menu, and credential admins now have the ability to create an availability window for users to take recurring eLearning  credentials.

New Version for the Mobile App

Mobile application users will be prompted to update the next time they open the app, as long as they are connected to the internet. Users must be on one of the latest two (2) versions to continue using Sospes on their mobile devices. 

  • 2.7.237 (Current version as of November 19, 2025) 
  • 2.7.221 (Previous version, will still work but we still recommend updating)

 

Search for Completed Forms by Form ID

Under the Completed Forms tab, any previously submitted forms can now be searched by the exact form ID to easily search for a specific form by ID.

Availability Window Added for eLearning Credentials

When configuring an eLearning credential that renews, credential admins can now add an "availability window" for when users can access and take the eLearning course before it expires. 

For example, a credential admin can now set a course to be accessed 60 days before it expires, even if the "expiring soon" period is only set to 30 days, giving the user assigned that credential 60 days to take the course before the credential expires. 

*Note: When setting the "How long before expiration can users begin renewing this credential"? The access period must be equal to or greater than the "expiring soon" period.

Additional Alerts are now Available in the Admin Menu

Additional alert options have been added to the Alerts and Notifications page in the Admin menu:

  • Injury Submitted Alert
  • Security / Social Issue Submitted Alert
  • Property Damage Submitted Alert


The 3rd Party/Contractor Question can now be added to Incident Reports

For companies who have the "Was a third party or contractor involved?" question enabled in their Sospes environment, this question will now be available on incident reports, where previously it was only available on close call and observation reports.
